• Access to all course materials, including video lessons, prompt templates, and cheat sheets included in the package
• Any future updates to the course content, at our discretion

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. PromptX does not store your payment details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital nature of our products, PromptX does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access to the course has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand that digital products cannot be returned once accessed
• You have read the course description and are satisfied before purchasing
• No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including change of mind, inability to use the tools, or technical difficulties on your end

If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue. This does not entitle you to a refund.

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling course materials to any third party
• Uploading course content to any platform, website, or file-sharing service
• Using course content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from PromptX

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

Access to purchased courses is tied to the account used at the time of purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account access with any other person.

Results from using AI tools depend entirely on the individual's effort, dedication, and prior knowledge. PromptX makes no promises regarding specific results from using our courses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PromptX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

In no event shall PromptX's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Our courses reference third-party AI tools and services such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Grok (xAI). These are independent products owned by their respective companies. PromptX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party tools used alongside our courses. PromptX is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party software or services.

PromptX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
